We are pleased to introduce ourselves as FLOW BTC TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C established in Dubai, U.A.E., and duly registered and licensed under the Economic Development Department of Dubai.

Our company was originally established in 2011 under the name “BTC TECH SERVICES L.L.C”, operating successfully until 2025. In compliance with the directives and regulatory requirements of the Dubai Economic Department, the company was officially renamed to FLOW BTC TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C, under which we proudly continue to operate our services.

Our organization has been formed to provide for Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems and Building Commissioning Management Services of MEP. We also offer a wide range of other services, including Duct Leakage Test, Refrigeration systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Solution (BTU Metering), Environmental Test and Technical Documentations.

The company’s focus and purpose are to “Save Energy & Efficiency, Make Comfortable Cooling” by optimizing equipment performance in alignment with building system design - all with the goal to Make Buildings Better. It is well recognized that, over the lifecycle of HVAC equipment, the cost of energy and maintenance can be 5 to 10 times greater than the initial equipment cost. This underscores the critical importance of efficient operation and smart design integration.

Commissioning is a systematic and quality-focused process of assuring that a building performs in accordance with the design intent and the owner’s operational needs. Commissioning is making sure the building runs right and identifying and resolving issues early, while they can still be fixed economically, and operating personnel are better trained and provided with accurate and comprehensive O & M documentation, including all test reports.

All of our staff are skilled, with industry accreditation as their foundation. We are a member of BSRIA in the UK and our operations are conducted in strict accordance with the standards and codes of practice established by both BSRIA and CIBSE. To ensure accuracy and reliability in our testing and commissioning processes, all instruments used are regularly calibrated and maintained to comply with current industry standards.

We are led by a dedicated engineering team with a combined experience of 20 years in installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of building MEP services.

Our organization is fully committed to fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. We are committed to regularly reviewing the project quality system and closely monitoring performance throughout project execution. This enables us to continuously improve our processes, identify and correct any adverse trends, and implement timely corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
