Overview

For the HVAC system perform additional inspections, testing and adjusting during near-peak of summer to verify that balanced conditions are being maintained and systems are operating within contract specified parameters.

The summer peak load test shall be done when all the end user equipment is in operation and building is fully occupied if the end user fails to achieve the required condition during testing and commissioning stage and warranty period.
